Molino y Lagares Project was conceived in 2003 when a group a wine lovers, fascined by the potencial of the D.O. Bullas vineyards joined to create a winery with the main aim of produce quality wines from their own vineyards grown beside the winery in an organic way.

The winery started its activity in 2004 fixing a work philosphy focused on the maximum care and respect for the environment with the aim of getting in a natural way a balance in their vines and a high expression in their wines. Searching wines showing the soil, the weather and the indigenous grape variety in every bottle is the main objective of Molino y Lagares since the beginning.
